Every package is made up of four main steps:
It all begins by exploring your current health, diet and lifestyle using pre-consultation questionnaires.
In our first consultation, we review Step 1, explore your goals, and assess past self-care efforts to create a tailored plan.
I create tailored recommendations for food, supplements, and lifestyle changes, and lab testing options as needed.
Through therapy and coaching, we build your nutrition knowledge, self-care habits, and tools to maintain your progress.
My approach to nutritional therapy uses a functional medicine framework. This evidence-based model of healthcare takes your specific health needs into account and seeks to address any factors that are contributing to your current (and future) state of health, such as diet, stress, activity levels, and environmental exposures.
