My approach to nutritional therapy is grounded in the functional nutrition model, with a strong focus on helping you build and maintain a positive relationship with food. I begin by thoroughly assessing your health history, lifestyle, and diet to understand your unique needs. Using this information, I create an evidence-based plan tailored to you, supporting you as you make positive changes to your diet and lifestyle. Throughout the process, I prioritise your relationship with food, ensuring that changes are sustainable and empowering.
