  • Weight Loss Immersive: 9 months

Both packages involve nutritional therapy to identify essential changes to your diet and lifestyle, along with coaching sessions to support you make these changes and navigate any challenges you may encounter.

In our first consultation, we review Step 1, explore your goals, and assess past self-care efforts to create a tailored plan.

I create tailored recommendations for food, supplements, and lifestyle changes, and lab testing options as needed.

Through therapy and coaching, we build your nutrition knowledge, self-care habits, and tools to maintain your progress.
